When I think of high-end business laptops, the first name that comes to mind is the ThinkPad T series. The T Series is somewhat of a throwback laptop, with Ultrabooks being the “it” design of late. The ThinkPad T Series’ classic design is precisely why I find it so appealing and why you’re probably reading this review. The T430 is Lenovo’s current T Series model and after taking a nice long look, I believe it’s a nice incremental upgrade from the T420.

The CandyShell Grip case by Speck is a slight variation of the very popular CandyShell case. It’s identical in almost every way, except for the rubber stripes that run horizontally on the back of the case. The rubber stripes improve the grip quite a bit and makes it an easy choice for those with butter fingers.

The TYLT Energi is a case for your smartphone with a built-in battery. Instead of carrying an external battery pack or a spare internal battery, you can supplement your phone’s battery life with the Energi. It’s currently available for the iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S III. We took a look at the Galaxy S III version and for the most part, liked the design and extra power.
