Apple’s 2013 World Wide Developer Conference presentation started off with a product demo from a company called Anki. The demo was the typical product demo on the tech world’s largest stage, containing a couple of hiccups, but it went well overall. The product demoed on stage was called Anki Drive, a product that brings artificial intelligence to cars, and uses your iOS device to control them in battle.

The FitFolio for iPad by Speck is one of several iPad cases offered by the long-time Apple accessory maker. Speck’s FitFolio style is very popular and available for other tablets as well. The iPad version comes in a wide variety of color and print choices. I took a look at the Megaplaid version for this review.

Incipio has been one of the leaders in that arena because they make simple, stylish, and functional cases for the most popular devices on the market. Their Feather cases have been popular for a long time, along with the Silicrylic cases. With the Flagship Folio case for the Retina iPad (3rd and 4th gen), Incipio went high-end executive on us. I used it on my trip to the 2013 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and enjoyed using it.

As a writer I use a keyboard all day long, be it a Bluetooth connected keyboard with my iPad, or Apple’s wireless keyboard. It’s a crucial piece of my workflow.
After reviewing the Kensington KeyFolio Expert Keyboard for the iPad, I fell in love with the workflow it enabled. Then I reviewed the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover and fell in love with it again. But, one downfall I later realized of the Logitech keyboard (and Kensington, for that matter) was the lack of backlit keys. Enter the ZAGGkeys PROPlus.
